Kính chào BQT,
Trong các mục của diễn đàn, khi đăng lên tiếng Hán đều xuất hiện rất nhiều dấu �. Sau khi điều tra về phần kỷ thuật của vBulletin, thì biết được cách giải quyết đơn giản theo đường link dưới đây:

Dear Sirs,
I have upgraded my site from 3.5.3 to 4.1.8 weeks ago.
The pages are much more beautiful.
But there's one problem I can't find how to fix it yet.
The blog title will be broken when posting.
I found somehow the system will insert a blank space(0x20) per 18 chars.
For english contents the behavior is okay, but when the space char is inserted into a chinese char, which is multi-byted.
The disaster happened.
Is there anyway to turn the feature down?

Try changing this value:
AdminCP > Settings > Options > vBulletin Blog: General Options > Number of Characters Before Wrapping Text
Seems vBulletin will add spaces to the text, which is fine in single byte characters. In multibyte languages this wreaks havoc with the text. Changing the 'Number of Characters Before Wrapping Text' in the Thread Display Options to Zero, fixes the issue.
